Most members should receive their annual statements by the end of September 2018.
If you became a member after 30 June 2018, you won’t receive a statement. You can log into your Firstonline account anytime to view transactions, insurance cover, investment options and to update your details. Click here to access your First Super account.
How to access your statement online
If you’ve opted for an online statement this year, you’ll receive an email to let you know when it’s ready to access. Once available, you can download a PDF copy of it by logging into your Firstonline account.
If you haven’t set up your online account, you can activate it now by registering at www.firstsuper.com.au. Simply click ‘login’ then ‘register’ and follow the prompts.
