Keep an eye out for your Annual Statement

First Super will soon be sending out your annual member statement.

The pack will have full details of your super account, investment performance, and any insurance benefits for the 2019/20 financial year. You’ll also receive a Full-Time newsletter with a message from CEO Bill Watson and other useful updates.

During October, you will receive your statement pack by mail or by email (or both), depending on the option you have selected.

Your statement checklist

Your statement holds a lot of important details, so when you receive it don’t bin it!

Take a few moments to check:

• your personal and contact details are correct, including your mobile number and email address (if you update these now, you could go into our Member Competition draw)
• we have your Tax File Number, or we may not be able to receive contributions for you
• that your nominated beneficiaries (who would receive any benefits in the event of your death) are up to date
• you have received all the contributions you were due throughout 2019/20
• your pension payment details are correct (if you’ve retired and started receiving super).

Importantly, if you haven’t received your statement by the end of October, let us know and we can organise a replacement.
