He is passionate about helping people. The ability to change people’s lives is what attracted Jayson to a career in financial planning, and it’s what he continues to enjoy about his job today. Jayson meets with members all across the country. He understands that everyone is different, and has different ideas of what they want to achieve. Jayson makes sure he understands each members needs and objectives and ensures that the advice he provides is tailored just for them. Providing advice to members with small super balances can have the greatest and most rewarding impact. He enjoys seeing that moment on his clients’ faces when they realise that they’re going to be able to meet their retirement needs – it’s their sense of ease and happiness that makes him proud of the work he does. The financial services industry, particularly superannuation, is forever changing. Jayson prides himself on being at the forefront of changes, keeping his clients updated and adapting the advice he gives to ensure he meets the new requirements as well as the needs of his clients. When he’s not in the office working or out meeting members, Jayson enjoys spending time with family and friends, and cheering on his beloved football team, Collingwood.
