Annual Members’ Meeting 2023-24

The Annual Members’ Meeting for the financial year 2023-24 took place on Tuesday 3 December 2024 at 6pm.

Our Deputy CEO, Michelle Boucher hosted the meeting, and Co-chair Mike Radda provided a Fund update. CEO Bill Watson gave a report on investment performance and an update on Fund activities and outlook for the coming year.

Key updates

• Fund membership grew 40 per cent, from 50,000 to 70,000 members
• The Fund has grown to over $4.67bn in retirement savings for members
• We delivered positive returns for all our investment options
• Our 10-year average returns for our Balanced Accumulation option is 7.56% and 8.05% p.a. for our Balanced Pension option.
• In 2025, we’ll reduce both accumulation and pension fees
