Let’s speak your language

We use Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) so you can speak to us in your language about your super.

How it works

  • Call TIS National on 131 450 and state the language you need. They will find you an interpreter or call you back when one is available.
  • Tell the TIS National Operator you need to speak to First Super Member Services on 1300 360 988. They will call us and connect you both. Or you can ask to speak to one of our local Member and Employer Services Coordinators.

You can use TIS National during First Super’s open hours, which are 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday AEST/AEDT.

First Super covers the cost of any calls from TIS. Find out more about TIS National at www.tisnational.gov.au.
