First Super OnLine Upgrade

First Super is acting on research suggesting some employers are continuing to experience difficulties using First Super OnLine and in particular, making contributions.

First Super is upgrading First Super OnLine to make it an even better all-round experience for both employer users and members. They include a much faster response, less down time, easier access to employee information and simpler allocation of employee SG contributions.

In addition, members will have greater and clearer access to their information, a snapshot of their details and the ability to more readily change their personal details.

This will include non-binding beneficiaries, changing their details and a graphic view of their investment holdings, along with a historic record of growth and, in time, past member statements and the ability to make an investment change online.

First Super is currently finalising and testing the new online features and will deliver the new system early in the new financial year.
